Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Cream Cheese (softened) 8 oz
Confectioners’ Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Sweetened Shredded Coconut 2 cups
Unsalted Butter (melted) 1/4 cup
Pinch of Salt 1 pinch

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Gradually mix in the confectioners’ sugar, continuing to beat until fully combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract for a fragrant, sweet flavor.

Fold in 1 cup of the shredded coconut into the cream cheese mixture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.

After chilling, scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.

In another bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup of shredded coconut with melted butter and a pinch of salt.

Roll each cream cheese ball in the coconut-butter mixture until fully coated.

Place the coated snowballs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 15–20 minutes to set.

Once set, serve and enjoy the creamy, coconutty goodness of your NO-BAKE Snowballs!
