Joke of the Day: Three Little Pigs

One pleasant evening, three little pigs decided to treat themselves to a nice meal at a local restaurant. They were seated at a comfortable booth, ready for a night of good food and conversation.

Soon, the waiter arrived at the table with a notepad in hand to take their initial drink orders. He looked at the first brother and asked what he might like to sip on while they looked at the menu.

“I would like a Sprite,” said the first little piggy, looking forward to something refreshing and bubbly.

The waiter then turned to the middle brother, who didn’t take long to decide.

“I would like a Coke,” said the second little piggy, opting for a classic choice.

When the waiter looked at the youngest of the trio, the request was a bit more unusual.

“I want water, lots and lots of water,” said the third little piggy, sounding very determined.

Placing the Main Order
After the drinks were delivered to the table, the waiter returned to see what the group wanted for their main course. The atmosphere was cheerful as the pigs looked over the various options available.

“I want a nice big steak,” said the first piggy, who was feeling quite hungry for a hearty meal.

“I would like the salad plate,” said the second piggy, preferring something a bit lighter and more garden-fresh.

Once again, the third brother stayed very consistent with his request.

“**I want water, lots and lots of water,****” said the third little piggy.

The waiter nodded, though he was starting to look a little bit curious about the amount of liquid being requested. He headed back to the kitchen to bring out the food.

A Sweet Conclusion
The group enjoyed their dinner, and eventually, the waiter cleared the plates. He leaned in to ask if they had any room left for a sweet treat to end the night.

“I want a banana split,” said the first piggy, imagining the scoops of ice cream and fruit.

“I want a root beer float,” said the second piggy, wanting a creamy and fizzy dessert.

The third piggy did not hesitate for a second.

“I want water, lots and lots of water,” exclaimed the third little piggy.

At this point, the waiter could no longer hide his confusion. He looked at the third pig with a puzzled expression on his face.

“Pardon me for asking,” said the waiter, “but why have you only ordered water?”

The third pig leaned forward with a mischievous grin. If you remember the old rhyme, the reason makes perfect sense.

The third piggy says—

“Well, somebody has to go ‘Wee, wee, wee, all the way home.’”
