The mother-in-law came to her grandson’s birthday, left the gift on the doorstep, and left just as quickly: and when we opened the box, we were shocked by what we found inside 😲😱 On our son’s birthday, we returned home closer to the evening — tired but happy: balloons, cake, friends, children’s laughter. The celebration had been a success. And only when we stepped onto the porch did we see a small, neatly wrapped gift placed right in front of the door. A blue-and-white box with a silver ribbon.
