Country Ranch Green Beans ‘n Potatoes with Bacon

Baby potatoes, halved or quartered | 1 1/2 pounds
Bacon, cooked and crumbled | 6 slices
Ranch seasoning mix | 1 packet
Butter, melted | 3 tablespoons
Garlic, minced | 2 cloves
Salt and pepper | To taste
Fresh parsley, chopped | For garnish
How to Make Country Ranch Green Beans ‘n Potatoes with Bacon:
Step 1: Cook the Potatoes: Boil the 1 1/2 pounds of baby potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Green Beans: Boil the 1 pound of green beans for 5–7 minutes, until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Bacon: Fry the 6 slices of bacon until crisp. Crumble and reserve. Keep 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings in a large skillet.
Step 4: Prepare the Ranch Butter: Stir together the 3 tablespoons melted butter, the ranch seasoning packet, and the 2 minced garlic cloves.
Step 5: Combine: Warm the skillet with the reserved bacon fat over medium heat. Add the potatoes, green beans, and bacon. Pour the ranch butter over the mixture and toss to coat.
Step 6: Serve: Add salt and pepper as needed, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
