A small girl came to my front door several days a row, waited there for a few minutes, then went away! I concerned about the youngster and looked for her parents, but what I found was shocking.

It began quietly — just a soft chime at my front door one Tuesday afternoon. Later, when I checked the doorbell camera, I saw a little girl standing there. About six years old, her cheeks round and rosy, brown hair tied in pigtails, clutching a small teddy bear against her chest. She stared into the camera for a few seconds, then turned and ran off. At first, I assumed it was a prank. Kids sometimes do that. But the next day, it happened again. Same girl, same teddy bear, same routine.
