Jack Smith Just Received The Worst News of His Career! (WATCH BELOW👇)

According to huge report from Fox News Channel, current special counsel Jack Smith, the one who has launched a lawfare crusade against former

President Donald Trump and so far been stymied in bringing those cases to trial, will lose his position and have his cases dropped before Inauguration Day.

Charlie Kirk, the podcaster and Turning Point USA personality who has been a consistent ally of President-Elect Trump’s, posted about the matter on X (formerly Twitter),

saying that the prosecution attempts of Jack Smith against Trump are now over, and that he will be booted from his post before Trump is sworn in as president.

At issue with the Department of Justice is that it cannot prosecute a sitting president, something that it apparently acknowledged, presumably begrudgingly.

Washington, D.C. — In an unprecedented turn of events, Special Counsel Jack Smith, known for his high-profile investigations into former President Donald Trump, has reportedly received what many are calling the worst news of his career. Sources close to the matter say that Smith has encountered a serious setback that could derail his ongoing legal probes and investigations.

The news, which has sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C., centers around an unexpected ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals, which has dismissed several key pieces of evidence that were central to Smith’s case against Trump.

Legal experts say the ruling has the potential to seriously undermine Smith’s strategy and may impact his ability to move forward with the high-stakes investigations into the events surrounding the January 6th Capitol attack and classified documents mishandling.

“It’s a devastating blow,” said one legal analyst. “This is the kind of setback that doesn’t just delay a case; it can change its entire trajectory. Smith’s team will have to go back to the drawing board and potentially rethink their entire approach.”

While specific details of the ruling remain sealed, the court’s decision has sent ripples through both the prosecution and defense camps. Legal insiders suggest that Smith’s next steps will be critical in determining whether his investigation can continue to gain momentum or whether this setback will mark the beginning of the end for his high-profile role in these historic cases.

Jack Smith, who was appointed as Special Counsel in 2022 to lead the investigations into Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents and efforts to interfere with the 2020 election, has already faced significant challenges throughout the legal process.

However, this latest ruling could prove to be a career-defining moment, with some speculating that it might signal the beginning of the unraveling of his probe.

At this time, Smith has yet to comment on the ruling or provide any statement regarding how it might affect his ongoing investigations. Legal teams representing both Smith and former President Trump are expected to address the issue in upcoming court filings.
