Authorities are investigating a deeply distressing case involving an elderly woman

who was discovered unresponsive inside a motel room under unclear

circumstances. According to early reports,

the woman had reportedly refused to hand over her bank

card during an altercation, which may have led to a confrontation before the incident occurred.

Police and emergency services were

called to the scene after motel staff noticed something unusual and entered the room.

Despite their immediate efforts to assist,

the woman could not be revived.

Investigators are now gathering evidence and reviewing security footage to determine what exactly took place.
