They chased their dreams in New York throughout the 1970s, building careers in dance before eventually returning to the screen together. In 2003, Lisa wrote, directed, and starred in One Last Dance—a film based on the ups and downs they faced as dancers—alongside Patrick.

Although Lisa didn’t take part in Dirty Dancing, Patrick’s devotion to her was evident. He even wrote the iconic ballad “She’s Like The Wind” for Lisa, later saying he was blessed to have her in his life.
